Frequently Asked Questions

How do we meet?

  • A complimentary 30 minute meet and greet takes place in your home. We will discuss routines, walking areas, medications, and any other needs. Additional meet and greets are considered an actual visit, regular visit rates will apply.

Holidays

  • Services are provided for holidays, an additional rate of $10/day is applied for July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day, Easter. These dates tend to book more in advance. Holidays will now require a 100% non-refundable deposit for entire booking, even if canceled, no exceptions

Cancellation Policy

  • Please give at minimum 24 hours notice. Schedules are based on availability, and the normal rate will be applicable if less than 24 hours notice is given.

  • All holiday bookings require a non-refundable deposit and have no window of cancellation. 100% deposit for entire invoice will be collected in advance to secure booking and is non-refundable, no exceptions.

Who do I make checks out to?

  • Make checks payable to Marion's North End Pet Sitting, LLC.

Invoice and Payments

  • Invoice and booking will not be confirmed until payment is received.

  • You will receive a monthly invoice if you have ongoing services (dog walking, drop in visits), or a complete invoice prior to your trip.

  •  Cash, check, or debit/credit card payments accepted. Cash or check are preferred methods.

Drop in/Short Notice Visits?

  • Usually these can be accommodated, contact for availability.

 

Keys?

  • A key/access needs to be provided during the meet and greet. After pet care is complete I will hold on to your key unless other arrangements are made ahead of time. Key retrieval and drop-off $25/per pickup/drop-off
